Graduates With Previous Industry Sales Experience Who Obtained a Management Career After Training at The College The College makes no claims regarding starting salaries, graduate incomes or job availabilities for any position. Many College graduates and employers have provided the College with their own statements about their experiences in the industries we represent after graduating from the College. Many of these positions were obtained with the help of our Career Development Department and employer contacts within the industries we represent. “This is not an implied or expressed claim of what all of our graduates earn. Individual results may vary and be higher or lower than these figures”. The terms "current occupation" and "current income" as used below apply to the date each testimonial was provided by the graduate to the College and may or may not be their current occupation or income level at this time. Also, the College assumes that in many cases the graduate is providing general figures or income levels rounded off for discussion purposes and the income levels reported, before or after College training, should not be interpreted as EXACT amounts earned monthly since many of the positions listed below, before or after CAM training, are commission based and total incomes could vary from month to month.
Mike Justus Previous Occupation: Sales Representative Previous Income: $6-7,000 per month Current Occupation: Finance Director Current Income: $29,000 per month
“As concept cars designer, I changed lanes and began selling cars. After I graduated from The College of Automotive Management, I went into the RV industry. I was hired by Saddleback RV as a Finance Manager, and then promoted to Finance Director. I made it to No.1 at a Dealer 20 Group as Best Finance Manager.”
-Mike Finance Director
Previous Occupation: Mortgage Current Occupation: Special Finance Manger Current Income: $60,000+ per year
“I had worked in the car sales business a number of years before coming to The College of Automotive Management as well as in the mortgage industry. Therefore, I felt that I had a good working knowledge of the business and finance in general. I was amazed and impressed with the amount of information that was made available in the 5 week course and how much I learned. Right after graduating I got a job in a special finance department and am working for a Hyundai-Subaru dealer in San Diego. The knowledge I gained at The College of Automotive Management allowed me to get this position without spending the usual 2 to 4 years on the floor. I tell people that if someone had gone to a community college or even a university for 4 years they would have spent $20,000 to $100,000 and still would be offered a job paying only $25-35,000 per year while undergoing even more training while on the job. With The College of Automotive Management education, making $60 -100,000 within one year of graduation is not an unreasonable estimate as I immediately started making the monthly income to be at a minimum of $ 60K+ by years end. There are so many concepts and procedures to learn in the automobile sales business that most of the people that I work with who have been in the business for many years don’t know nearly as much as I do. This includes desk managers, not just the salespeople. Each dealership has certain policies and procedures that vary but The College of Automotive Management gave me a tremendous head start and greatly shortened my learning curve. Every job has a certain amount of “on the job training” but The College of Automotive Management helped to shorten that period of time by years. I already knew the sales essentials and only needed to become familiar with the dealer specific policies. One of the great challenges facing the industry is ethical behavior. I am challenged daily by my peers but very glad that The College of Automotive Management emphasized ethical treatment of the customer and full disclosure. I know that I will never be challenged for my behavior. The “we have always done it that way” mentality is changing and The College of Automotive Management is playing a large role in changing that behavior! How much is the education I received at The College of Automotive Management worth?? It is worth its weight in gold!!”
-Craig Special Finance Manager
Previous Occupation: Sales Closer Current Occupation: Sales Manager
“I attended The College of Automotive Management to learn about F&I so that I could take the next step in my career. Since graduating, I have been an Assistant Sales Manager and am now deciding between being a Sales Manager or an F&I Manager at my store. The College of Automotive Management has opened up some new doors for me that I would not have otherwise received. The best advice I can give is don't settle. Name your price and stick to it. If you believe you're better than the position they're offering, then FIND an opportunity that will work. They are over 450 dealerships in the Bay Area. Chances are one of them needs a good person. And one more thing: Most importantly SMILE and RELAX during your interview. Get them to laugh and smile with you. Remember, you're asking for a $120k job and they need to see that you're worth a million!!!”
-Orlando Sales Manager
Tommy Hsu Previous Occupation: Sales Representative Current Occupation: Finance Manager
"I am originally from Georgia and had worked at a few dealerships over the years in Atlanta. I went through The College of Automotive Management in hopes that I would be qualified enough to become a Finance Manager. I knew that it wouldn’t be easy but I was ready for the challenge. After I graduated I kept going back and forth between whether or not I wanted to live in Georgia or California. Each day I would call up the Career Development Department to see if they had anything available as I had packed up my belongings and moved out to California. Kristin presented me with a lead for a Motorsports Dealership in Orange County. I went to the dealership and before I knew it I was shaking the hands of the GM and accepting a position as their Finance Manager. Since then, I have bought a brand new car and have traveled to Hawaii and New York. The College of Automotive Management's training changed my life and opened up a new world of possibilities for my future."
-Tommy Finance Manager
Previous Occupation: Sales Representative Current Occupation: Finance Manager
"I had sold cars for a number of years which I enjoyed very much. Like a lot of sales people I aspired to be a Finance Manager. At the time I found out about The College of Automotive Management I was not at a very good place in life. I was on disability and had not worked for a while. I was determined I wanted to get back to work and start a career as a Finance Manager. I felt the school and the knowledge I would acquire would be the last stepping stone towards that goal. After graduating from The College of Automotive Management I accepted a Finance position at a major rental car company’s retail store. Although it wasn’t my dream destination, the experience was invaluable. I now work for one of the largest Nissan dealerships in San Diego as a Finance Manager. I honestly feel the success I am experiencing today is a direct result of the information and skills that I acquired from attending The College of Automotive Management. Thanks to everyone at The College of Automotive Management for believing in me and helping me to reach my goals.”
-Mike Finance Manager
Darius Tavoli Previous Occupation: Automobile Sales Consultant/Closer Previous Income: $3,000 per month Current Occupation: Finance Director Current Income: $12,000 per month
“I was a student from USC and I wanted to go into an industry that would best benefit and fulfill my needs. I felt that the automotive industry was the best fit as there seemed to be no cap on the amount of money you could be making. When I came to The College of Automotive Management I knew little of finance, after I left, I knew all the aspects of how the department worked and had the necessary tools that would help to make me a success. I was hired on as a Finance Manager for a small dealership in Orange County and now work as the Finance Director for a Dealership in Garden Grove”.
-Darious Finance Director
Previous Occupation: Sales Consultant Previous Income: $5-$6,000 per month Current Occupation: Sales Manager Current Income: $9,500 per month
“I have been in the Automotive Industry for over 20 years and found that as a woman in this business, women in general do very well. I had raised my family in this business because I knew that the potential for success was very high. I held a variety of positions for various dealerships and wanted to learn the banking/finance side of the dealership. I thought I knew everything, but The College of Automotive Management taught me things I didn’t even know I was doing wrong with the job I held. After graduating from the course I was hired as a Finance Manager at one of the largest Toyota dealerships in Orange County. This was in less than a week. I saw my income increase by more than $40,000 a year from where it was the year prior. I now work as a Sales Manager for a Nissan dealership and hire graduates of The College of Automotive Management frequently. I know that The College of Automotive Management graduates will be well trained and will know all the aspects of working in a major dealership as they are trained in the most important components of the industry and are kept up to date with the newest laws and regulations. I can’t speak highly enough about the benefits of an education from The College of Automotive Management.”
-Patti Sales Manager
Previous Occupation: Sales Consultant Previous Income: $2-$3,000 per month Current Occupation: Finance Manager Current Income: $6,000 per month
“I have over 8 years of experience in the car business and I knew with the education I had received from The College of Automotive Management that I would get a job making a very good income. After graduating, I became sick and had to have surgery. I was out of commission for three months. The placement department called me continuously, checking in on me to see how I was doing and when I would be ready to go back to work. The first lead they gave me, I landed the position! I work as a finance manager and just had the owner come up to me to compliment me on my flawless paperwork and full disclosures. The other Finance Manager doesn’t even know half of what I do!”
-Primo Finance Manager
Previous Occupation: RV Sales Current Occupation: Finance Manager
“I felt that this was the best route to go in order to obtain what I wanted to do. After retiring from the military, I began working in the RV industry as a sales representative. I wanted to get into finance but getting into F&I required more than 5+ years of experience with my dealership. I found out about The College of Automotive Management through someone who was also considering the program and met with the staff and decided that this is what I wanted to be doing and felt that this was a worthy investment. There was so much that I didn’t know. They focused on ethical standards and concepts allowing us to learn what was necessary in order to be compliant and ethical. After graduating I accepted a position with a Toyota dealership as an Internet/Sales Manager where my income more than doubled again. I am now working as a Finance Manager at a major RV dealership. There is no other industry where after 4-5 weeks of training you can have the potential to be making a 6 figure income. My advice for those individuals who are thinking about this industry, don’t wait, the longer you wait the less income you could be making.”
-Ron Finance Manager
David Becken Previous Occupation: Real Estate Current Occupation: Finance Manager
"Everything is going pretty well! I was left in charge last night from 5pm on with 4 salesmen and a deal came in, so I got to desk my first deal! I appraised the trade, penciled the deal, re-penciled the deal, closed the deal for the salesman, contracted the customer and made $4,045 gross payable. While signing the doc's, the customer asked me, "So how long have you worked here?" I replied " Ten days now". He said "No really, how long have you really been here?" I explained how I had gone through this wonderful F&I course in California as I proudly pointed to the certificate up on the wall. The crew and office staff seem to all like me okay and the bosses are smiling, so all-in-all I'm a happy camper. Have been working with some menus I have pulled off line, since no one previously had been using one here. LoJack is not available here, but I have found another like company called FORCETRACKER. There are pros and cons to their program versus LoJack. I hope all of the 'Greenpeas' are doing well. I look forward to coming back at some point and sharing. Say hello to Sharon and Barry for me. Thanks for keeping me in touch."
-David Finance Manager
Lindsay Hershenson Previous Occupation: Sales Consultant Previous Income: $2,500 per month Current Occupation: Finance Manager Current Income: $5,000 per month
“Before enrolling as a student with The College of Automotive Management, I was a struggling college student who sold cars while attending school. I had never really thought of the car business as a career, but more of an opportunity to work and make more than minimum wage while I was in school. After all, my goal was originally to go to Law School and I intended to get there. However, after building a close relationship with a finance manager, I was intrigued by the job and the monetary successes that the finance manger boasted of. After 6 months of selling cars without any formal training, and endless days of striving to make rent, I took a leap on faith and decided to go to finance school and consider the automotive business as a career for me. The College of Automotive Management was so helpful. I lived too far to commute so the college hooked me up with a great hotel where I could attend to my studies more and not worry about the long commute. Exactly one week after graduating I had an interview with the regional director of a nationwide automotive company which was provided by The College of Automotive Management. After a 2 hour interview, I was hired on the spot and started the following Monday. I was offered a $5000.00 base salary while I was in training floating from store to store throughout LA County. Later I decided the corporate world of automotive financing was not for me and I preferred to be at a dealership that was smaller and more flexible. My income has more than doubled since my training at The College of Automotive Management. After 8 months of working at my first finance job, I resigned and took a month off to enjoy my life. Soon enough I was back at work again, but this time with a smaller, family-owned company closer to my home. Now, I run a one-man (or woman) finance department, handling everything from selling back-end products to getting funding on every vehicle my dealership sells. More importantly, in about a year, after we get our new building and sell more cars, my title will turn into “Finance Director,” which was my goal from the very beginning! And I am only 20 years old! All that training paid off, deciding to go into finance changed my life and I wouldn’t be anywhere near to where I am without The College of Automotive Management.”

"If it wasn't for The College of Automotive Management, I wouldn't have been able to get into Finance Management as quickly as I did and been able to have the level of success in the position that I have had. I am now working as a Finance Manager in a top dealership earning over $140K per year."
-Moses Finance Manager
Previous Occupation: Auto Salesperson Previous Income: $2,660 per month Current Occupation: F & I Manager Current Income: $7,500 per month
“First off, I must thank you for changing my life. Since I graduated from The College of Automotive Management everything has improved. I was given the job as Finance Manager at a Chevrolet store upon returning to Washington State and have been working here since. Since my start I have been the number one producing manager out of three, producing half of all F&I income in our dept. The College of Automotive Management really taught me the fundamental’s to succeed and through this my name has reached other dealerships that have offered wonderful opportunities. The College of Automotive Management was a blessing, allowing me to change my life for the best. Thank you and everyone at The College of Automotive Management.”
-Kyle F&I Manager
Previous Occupation: Automotive Sales Previous Income: comfortable Current Occupation: Manufactured Housing Current Income: $11,000 per month
Before I enrolled at The College of Automotive Management, I sold cars for several years and was making a very good living but wanted to move into F&I. I realized that getting an education would be the best way to get a leg up on the competition. After graduation from The College of Automotive Management I got a job with Cars101 in Oxnard as an F&I Manager making $6,000 to $8,000 a month. I stayed there for over a year when I was offered an opportunity to move to the real estate industry where I have worked for the last 2 years making $10,000 to $12,000 a month. The knowledge I gained at The College of Automotive Management regarding financing was a great help to my success. The sales skills and objection overcoming instruction has also been a great benefit in my current sales position. I am thankful for the education I received at The College of Automotive Management and would recommend it to anyone considering the automobile industry or any sales or finance career. Remember: the small things they teach can be more important then the procedures. For example: F&I is about relationships. That concept alone is golden.
-William Real Estate Agent
Previous Occupation: Sales Representative Previous Income: $5800 per month Current Occupation: Finance Manager Current Income: $15000 per month
"I saw how much money my finance manager was making when I was in car sales. He was averaging $15K - $17K per month and he was only a few years older than I was, and I figured if he could do it, so could I. I looked for information on F&I vocational schools on the web, The College of Automotive Management was the only college that appeared all over the web, they had the best testimonials, success rates, and the people I talked to made me feel very comfortable, especially coming in from another state to attend in California. The curriculum and instruction was nothing short of outstanding. They keep you very interactive in class, role-playing with the instructors and other students, it was very hands-on. The last week of training, the placement department started getting me ready for interviews. The day after graduation, a top Ford dealership hired me right on the spot as a Finance Manager! After 2 months, I was the top Finance Manager at my dealership, I even out-performed a 20 year veteran finance manager, in less than 60 days!. My income tripled within 60 days out of The College of Automotive Management. I cannot believe that in 5 weeks of training that my income has risen as much as it has. If I went to college, even if I attended 8 years, I would never make as much as I am making now. The College of Automotive Management has completely changed my life forever!"
-Michael Finance Manager
Previous Occupation: Sales Representative Previous Income: $3200 per month Current Occupation: Finance Manager Current Income: $10,000+ per month
"My father has been in the automobile business for many years as F&I Manager and Director. So after 3 years at UCLA and working for several years in social services with handicapped people and earning $35,000 to $40,000 a year I decided to explore that business. I sold cars for about 9 months and then was recommended to The College of Automotive Management. Talk about a life changing move! Shortly after graduation I was hired as an F&I Manager for a Chrysler Jeep Dealership in Riverside and haven’t regretted my choice one bit. It truly has been a one of the best decisions I have made in my life. I have made a comfortable 6 figure income for the last 6 years. I paid my tuition off in less than 3 months and have been ahead ever since. I would encourage anyone who wants to better their life to go to The College of Automotive Management. Women do exceptionally well; we are seen as less threatening and win the customer’s confidence. By dealing honestly and straightforwardly there is no limit as to what we can earn. Over the years many of my co-workers have asked how I got my start and I have recommended The College of Automotive Management repeatedly. I figure that I have out-earned those who didn’t attend the College by about $500,000 over the last 6 years. It worked for me, why not for you?"
-Julie Finance Manager Jordan Lane Previous Occupation: Sales Manager Current Occupation: Operations Director
"I was a sales manager at a dealership before attending The College of Automotive Management. I came to The College of Automotive Management to learn about F&I to expand my overall knowledge of the automobile industry. During my last week of school, in January 2003, I was offered and accepted a job as Finance Director for Fullerton Mitsubishi / Daewoo. I worked there for about 7 months when I left to work for an auto marketing firm as the Operations Director. Using my knowledge and experience in finance and marketing I returned home to Texas where I established my own marketing firm. When I sold my company, I had grown it to 5 locations throughout the state of Texas. Texas is a big state you know. I currently am the Director of Operations for a Christian based debt consolidation firm in Austin Texas. I have a new home and enjoy being back home with my family and old friends. The College of Automotive Management provided me with a wealth of knowledge regarding finance. This information is not limited to just the automobile financing business but also parallels consumer lending and real estate lending as well. The practice reading and interpreting credit bureaus and understanding what all the codes mean has been very helpful and allows me to help and serve others who are facing financial hardships. One of the best feelings in life is to be able to have a job where you can help others and still achieve personal financial success. Before I decided to attend The College of Automotive Management, I researched three other finance academies. The methods of teaching, the large amount and quality of information as well as the caring attitude of The College of Automotive Management were important factors that I took into consideration before deciding on The College of Automotive Management. I am sure that I chose the right one. I proudly display my diploma in my office and would recommend The College of Automotive Management to anyone who is interested in the financial industry, whether in be for automobiles or any other aspect of the industry."
-Jordan Director of Operations
Previous Occupation: Business Development Center Consultant Current Occupation: Internet/Business Development Manager
“I was accidentally introduced to the Automotive field several years ago and have enjoyed its unique atmosphere ever since. I am the Internet Manager/Business Development Manager for a dealership out in Massachusetts. After I graduated from The College of Automotive Management, I discovered that there was an Audi dealership out in Massachusetts that was looking for someone to come and streamline the department to meld both the Internet side and the Business Development departments. I was so nervous to pack up everything and move clear across the country, but I knew that this would be a great opportunity and I was really interested in the Internet side of the automotive industry. I have even taught the Finance Managers a thing or two. One of the Finance Managers would not offer any of the products for those deals that were cash only, my response, so what? Offer 100% of your products to 100% of your customers. Later on that week, an aftermarket company came in to give a lecture. The topic was how we should be presenting 100% of our products to 100% of our customers. I couldn’t hide the smile that crossed my face.”
-Dani Internet/Business Development Manager
Ryan Rigdon Previous Occupation: Avionic Technician Previous Income: $5,000 per month Current Occupation: Used Car Director Current Income: $10-$12,000 per month
“I had sold cars very briefly before I chose to go into the Aerospace Industry. Quite a leap for me but nevertheless I was happy. Well, the Aerospace Industry took a nose dive and I was left out in the cold. I knew I had to decide what my new career would be, I just hadn’t decided what. I went through The College of Automotive Management and ended up on the express lane to management. I was recruited for a Sales Manager position for a dealership in the Inland Empire. After only two months they promoted me again to Finance Manager! I had heard horror stories of people waiting years to be promoted to these positions, with me it was a matter of weeks. I now work for a Used Car Dealership in Texas and am the Used Car Director. I have seen my income increase threefold and would not be where I am today if it wasn’t for The College of Automotive Management. I am hoping that The College of Automotive Management will expand enough to have a secondary level of training for Owners, I would be their first student.”
-Ryan Used Car Director
Eric Dejonge Previous Occupation: Finance Director Current Occupation: Corporate Sales Manager
"As a Finance Director for Showcase Chevy, I wanted to enhance my skills and earning potential for myself and the department, and also ensure that we were legally compliant. My dealership paid for me to attend The College of Automotive Management's Finance Management and Sub-Prime Finance training program. I felt the program was very informative and beneficial, even beyond what I already knew in my position. I am now a Corporate Sales Manager for a major German automotive manufacturer earning over $200,000 per year. I have and continue to recommend The College of Automotive Management for anyone who wants to be successful in the automotive industry."
-Eric Corporate Sales Manager
Andrea Flores Previous Occupation: Finance Assistant Previous Income: $2,000 per Month Current Occupation: Finance Manager Current Income: $13,000 per Month
“I heard about The College of Automotive Management from a colleague in the business who attended and was promoted to Finance Management. I wanted to do the same thing, so I went to The College of Automotive Management to learn more. My friend went with me for support! Donna was incredible, she went over the program in detail and she said that I was incredibly responsible for being so young, she believed in me! I attended the program and went to work for the #1 Ford volume dealership in the world in the finance department. Today, I am a Finance Manager for a luxury dealership earning over 6 times what I was making before I attended The College of Automotive Management. I think going to the school has changed my career path forever and I definitely recommend The College of Automotive Management to anyone who wants a great career and income, and anyone who is interested in learning every aspect of the dealership, which I definitely did!”
-Andrea Finance Manager
Previous Occupation: Restaurant Business Current Occupation: Fleet Manager
"I was helping my friend start a restaurant business and was the Admin/HR Manager before I came to The College of Automotive Management. I had 18 years of automotive experience in the Philippines and really wanted to get back into that industry. When I arrived here in the US three years ago, I realized there is a big difference in the selling process and legalities, and I felt that all of my experiences were not enough because the culture is different. When I attended The College of Automotive Management, my plan was to go back to the auto industry to have the opportunity to make unlimited income for myself and be confident in whatever position I hold within a dealership. After graduating, I applied for several Finance Manager positions but after awhile I decided to first sell cars, so I could get really familiar with the sales process. So, now I am a Fleet Manager for a local Toyota store. I apply what I have learned to my work everyday and from time to time I still open my notes to refresh my memory of all the information that I have acquired from The College of Automotive Management. The most important thing to me aside from the knowledge is the professionalism that had been instilled in me by the school. Knowledge is power and for anyone to be able to use this knowledge, they have to stay focused, and dedicated in this course. They should have the desire to enrich their life and know that if they do something to enhance their capabilities, then goals are achievable.
-Susan Fleet Manager
Sharon Van Brunt Previous Occupation: Sales Manager Previous Income: $7,000 per month Current Occupation: Sales Manager/Special Finance Manager Current Income: $15,000 per month
“When I was told about The College of Automotive Management, I couldn’t imagine what a school could teach me especially after 13 years of automotive experience. Within 2 days of class, I found that I didn’t know what I thought I knew. After graduation the school placed me in a dealership who allowed me to utilize my Special Finance skills and my earnings along with the amount of cars I sold per month tripled. I can only attribute it to the knowledge learned at The College of Automotive Management. The school changed my life.”
-Sharon Special Finance Manager
Previous Occupation: Sales Representative Previous Income: $6-7,000 per month Current Occupation: Finance Director Current Income: $15,000 per month
"I had been working as an automotive salesperson for my dealership for about 2 years, making a decent income (about $6000 - $7000 per month). I wanted to get into Finance Management and just couldn't seem to get a break. I learned about The College of Automotive Management and attended their Finance Management program. The program was incredible and the instructors were extremely knowledgeable in their field. I went back to the dealership where I was working and was given a Finance Assistant position, with plans to promote me into Finance Management as soon as I was ready. They couldn't believe the skills I learned at The College of Automotive Management and the promotion happened in less than a week to full-time F&I Manager. I immediately doubled my income! I have since been promoted to Sales Manager and Finance Director, and earn over $15,000 per month. I would strongly recommend The College of Automotive Management to anyone who is looking for a successful career in the automotive industry."
-Karole Finance Director
Previous Occupation: Salesperson Previous Income: $4,000 per month Current Occupation: Finance Director Current Income: $12,000-15,000 per month
"I was working as an automotive salesperson for about 3 years and was making an 'average' income of about $4,000 per month. I wanted more income and better opportunity and I learned about The College of Automotive Management from a friend I knew in the industry. I went through the program and was offered 3 Finance Management positions before I even graduated! I accepted the position at a major Ford dealership and made $6,000 - $7,000 in my first couple of months. Another dealership offered me a better opportunity in less than 3 months because of the skills I learned, and also because I am bilingual. I made $10,000 the first month I was there! Every month after that, I have made $12,000 - $15,000 as a Finance Manager, and have since been promoted to Finance Director. The College opened many doors for me and gave me the skills to succeed. Thank You College of Automotive Management!"
-Lorena Finance Director
Previous Occupation: Sales Representative Previous Income: $3,000 per month Current Occupation: Finance Manager Current Income: $8,500 per month
“I had been in the car business selling cars for over 2 years when I was introduced to someone who was going to The College of Automotive Management. I became very interested in what he had to say and decided to go to the school. While I was in school I obtained a position working part-time on the weekends for a credit union, I was so excited I had a job and I had not even graduated yet. I was referred to a dealership for an F&I Manager position a week after I had graduated. I got the job and found out the position was more of a Finance Director position. I found that my income increased to three times what I was making before hand and am now making well over $100,000.”
-Rick Finance Manager
Previous Occupation: Internet Manager Previous Income: $6,000 per month Current Occupation: Finance Director Current Income: $17,000 per month
"I was an Internet Manager at a used car dealership earning about $6,000 per month. I wanted to attend a comprehensive automotive management training program to enhance my skills and performance in my position and have better opportunity for advancement. I was familiar with The College of Automotive Management from other employees at our dealership. The program was extremely informative and to the point. They taught specifically to what is needed in the roles of internet and finance. I would recommend The College of Automotive Management to get the foundations for what you need to be successful and also get the hands on experience you need as well. With this training, you can be at the same level as other people with experience in the dealership. My income rose from $6,000 per month to $17,000 per month, and I was subsequently promoted to Finance Director. Now, when I need top quality candidates for my dealership, I call The College of Automotive Management."
-Vanessa Finance Director
Previous Occupation: Automotive Sales Representative Previous Income: $6,500 per month Current Occupation: Finance Manager Current Income: $9,000 per month
"I was working as an Automotive Sales Representative in Georgia for about 2 years making about $6500 per month. I wanted a break into Finance Management and had researched schools that might help me get there. I learned that The College of Automotive Management was the only school that could give you all the skills necessary to become a Finance Manager and succeed in the position. I went through the program and got an F&I job at Irvine Mazda right after graduation! In my new position, I have increased my income by about $30,000 and have great job security because there is a large demand for skilled Finance Managers. I would recommend The College of Automotive Management for anyone wanting to succeed in the Automotive Industry."
-Paul Finance Manager
Victor Astudillo
“Before going to The College of Automotive Management, I had been in the car business for 5 years in sales. After graduating from The College of Automotive Management I was promoted to a Finance Manager position at the dealership that I was previously working for. Recently, I switched industries and I now work as a Loan Officer. My pay has increased 20% compared to my income last year as a Finance Manager. I have already purchased a home and I feel that I am very successful. It’s great to have career options and The College of Automotive Management’s continuous career support whenever I need it.”
